Polycarbonate (Lexan®) Standard Sheet
Buschman Polycarbonate Headbox Sheets are made from GE Lexan® resin, which offers high impact strength. The sheets are shatter-resistant and difficult to break. The strength of the GE Lexan® resin allows the sheets to be made to thin walls for lightweight handling.

Carbon Fiber—Longest Lasting Sheet
Buschman’s Carbon-Fiber Headbox Sheets are made from 100% aerospace grade materials purchased to strict U.S. military standards per MIL-R-9300. This is the same material used in the
F-117A Stealth Fighter. To increase service life, an ultra-tough fiberglass epoxy resin is layered between two carbon-fiber epoxy sheets, producing the longest lasting headbox sheet available anywhere in the world. Our sheets will survive multiple caustic headbox boilouts without damage, whether an alkaline or acid wash is used.
